Flour – 2 ½ cups
Eggs – 2
Butter -1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Dark chocolate – ½ cup cut into chunks
Sugar – 1 cup or as per taste
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/3 tsp
1.Mix all the dry ingredients together except chocolate chunks.
2.Melt butter and add to the dry mix.
3.Now lightly beat the eggs and add to it.
4.Add the chocolate chunks.
5.Mix everything together gently and add the vanilla essence.
6.Knead very gently for a second or two.
7.Preheat the oven at 220 degrees.
8.Form small flat balls or any shape you want to and bake for roughly 10 to 15 mins or till they start to get that beautiful golden top.
9.Be careful not to overcook them.
